NEMASYS LEATHERJACKET KILLER The presence of Daddy Longlegs (cranefly) usually means that the resultant larvae known as Leatherjackets (Tippula spp) will soon be eating away grass roots. Obvious symptoms of attack are grass slows with yellow patches and birds (particularly starlings) peck at the lawn in search of the grubs.
