How do I join the Loyalty Program?

• If you have a customer account then ...congratulations you are already enrolled!
• Don't have an account yet? Choose ‘Sign In / Sign’ Up at top of the website, then choose 'Create new account'.

How do I earn reward points?

• You must be logged in to your account when placing an order.
• Earn 1 point for every £1.00 spent. e.g. spend £150 and you’ll get 150 points - worth £15 off products in your next order!
• Use your points to discount up to 50% off a future purchase.
• You can also earn points for reviewing a product that you have purchased.

How do I redeem my rewards?

• Log into your account
• Add items to your basket
• At the checkout, select ‘Redeem your reward points'
• Enter the number of points you want to apply to this order
• Click 'Place Order'

How do I know how many points I have?
Simply log in and go to ‘Account Details’.

How do I check how many points I have earned per order?
• Log in to your account (‘Sign In / Sign’ Up at top of website)
• Click on ‘Reward Points’
• Here you will see the points earned for your orders and any points applied for a discount

Terms and conditions
• Points can be used to pay for up to 50% of any order value
• Points can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers or coupons
• Points are not awarded for shipping or tax charges if applicable
• Points are not transferrable
